• Automatic Renewals: Membership plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard. If you have a question or complaint, please contact us first for a remedy.

• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds except where required by law or if otherwise stated on our sales page or checkout terms.

We reserve the right, for a variety of reasons and at our sole discretion and without notice, to alter the content of the website. This may include, but it’s not limited to: Restructuring of the modules & lessons. Alternating the release timing and sequence of lessons & modules. Replacing or altering any lessons, modules, or media.  Deleting any lessons, modules, or media.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be filed in Clark County, Washington state, USA.

I understand that the practice of any martial arts can be dangerous and hazardous to myself and others, even if done and/or practiced properly, and therefore Hi-Impact Training, LLC information contains elements that may cause extreme bodily harm or even death to myself or others.

I understand, accept, and agree that the website and Hi-Impact Training, LLC's role on this website, is provision of information and that no other promises or warrantees as to suitability or effectiveness of such information is given or implied - regardless of how any content, explanations, illustrations, encouragement or suggestions might be interpreted.

I agree not to attempt, or to practice, any martial arts, tactics, techniques, moves, or exercises without the "in person" guidance of a fully experienced and qualified Martial Arts Instructor. I further agree and promise I will NOT, in any way, reveal, show, explain, or attempt to teach anything that is in any way exclusive to Hi-Impact Training, LLC or Bill Shaw, unless, I am a qualified instructor and I teach it properly and safely, during an “in-person” unrecorded presentation only. I promise to keep secrets, secret!

Furthermore, I promise to conduct myself only in the most honorably responsible manner, in all aspects with respect to anything associated in any way with Hi-Impact Training, LLC or Bill Shaw.  I promise, in all aspects, to always keep safety of myself, and others, foremost.

I also agree to assume any and all responsibility and any and all liability that might arise. Also, except for an act of willfully blatant gross negligence, to hold harmless Hi-Impact Training LLC, BillShawHIT.com, Bill Shaw, his heirs, and/or any of its/their business activities, entities, websites, agents, members, contributors, associates, affiliates, partners, employees, instructors, performers, producers, crew, web and/or any other venders and/or any personnel and their heirs, associated, in any way, directly or indirectly, with the aforementioned.  I also agree to indemnify, individually, and/or as a whole, the aforementioned for any acts or any failures to act, or any other liability. 

Given the nature and content of the information that I am seeking from Hi-Impact Training, LLC, and the appropriate aforementioned, I agree that the above is fair and reasonable and therefore, I will comply with this agreement.
